How to see who's seen an announcement?

Hello, when I post an announcement in my class, I just want them to be able to "like" it and then allow me to see who's "liked" it. That way, I can hold them accountable to the information. Is this possible? I replied to my own Announcement so the students could "like" the reply, but I can only see the number of "likes" not the detail of who liked it. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this? I just want to the students to have to respond in some way, without having to blast out 50 notifications by each of them responding.
