I've created time slots in the calendar for my students to book, but they are saying they can't see them. It seems that, to view the time slots, they need to click on "Find Courses" and select the specific course where I set them up.
Is there an easier way, like providing a direct link, to show the time slots to students so they can book them without confusion?

Hi @tobe_baeyens,
I do not have a lot of experience with appointment group feature but I just tried something.
- I created an appointment group
- after creating the group, while still in the "Calendar" and in either "Week" or "Month" view (it would also work in "Agenda" view but visually it might be overwhelming or confusing), I clicked on one of the appointment times and a preview of the calendar entry appeared
- the name of the appointment group appears at the top and it is a link
- I copied that link into my computer's memory
- I then went into a course associated with the appointment group and used the "View as Student" feature
- after I was using "View as Student", I pasted the link into my web browser
- I was then able to reserve a timeslot within that appointment group
What this tells me is that after creating an appointment group, it would be possible to (1) copy the link to the appointment group and (2) include the link to the appointment group within an announcement for any courses associated with the appointment group.
Give that a try and let us know how it goes.
