Hiding Panopto files from students, but not myself

How do I hide the Panopto Video section from students, but keep it where I can access it? I really don't need to have them rummaging in my pre-edited versions of presentations, but when I block it from student view, it disappears from my navigation as well.

Hi @rward2,

This change would likely need to be done by your campus Canvas administrator, and it would have to be done in a way which would change the behavior of the course navigation menu for all courses at your school/institution.  If all faculty agreed that they wanted the change, it wouldn't be too hard for your admin to do, but whenever something like this comes up at my institution, we struggle to get anywhere near a majority opinion, let alone the almost unanimity we'd need to make a change.

As you said, not what I was hoping for, but I can remove it from student view (and mine) most of the time and bring it back so that they and I can see it when I need to work in it. Clumsy, but it works. Thanks again.
