Having trouble with grading quizzes

I am having trouble grading my student's quizzes on Canvas. All of my quizzes are set to a grading policy of "automatic" and they are all set to "allow multiple attempts" and they are all set to "Let Students See Their Quiz Responses". Now, I only have one class where after the students take the quiz that I can see their results in the Speed Grader with each question they answered correct or incorrectly. For all the other courses, even though I have witnessed the students take and submit the quiz, all I see in the Speed Grader is "This Student does Not have a Submission for this Assignment" — I cannot figure out why this is happening for all of my classes except for one even though (I believe) I have set up the quizzes all the same way? What am I doing wrong, I would like to have it so I see my students results and they can see if they passed or not.

Have you tried checking the moderation page within the New Quizzes Build view?  Here you can see all attempts from students so you can review to confirm that they made attempts and submitted their attempts.  According to the documentation, it looks like there is also an option to "View Failed Autograding".  If there are failed attempts one, you can try to manually grade them to get them to show in SpeedGrader too.  How do I use the Moderation page in New Quizzes?

Thank you for your response, James. I clicked on the link you provided but got stuck fast, when I click on the "edit" for one of my quizzes I do not have a "Build" option? I uploaded a screenshot of the options that show for me.

You first need to click on the name of your New Quiz (not the three dots that you show in your screenshot within the "Quizzes" page you are on).  (Note: New Quizzes have a filled-in rocket ship icon.  Classic Quizzes have an outline rocket ship icon.)  Once you click on the name of your New Quiz, scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and you will see a "Build" button that @JamesSekcienski is referring to.

Oh boy, so this is my first year using Canvas and we ported over our quizzes from another platform. I can't find where any of my quizzes are a filled in rocket ship; only the outlined rocket ship. Does this mean I do not have the "build" option for any of my quizzes?

It's quite possible.  Not all schools have enabled the New Quizzes interface yet so that their instructors can use it.  You'd need to talk with your school's local Canvas administrator whether or not New Quizzes has been enabled for your school's Canvas account.  They may have a plan in place already.  Good luck!
