Getting error that tyring to launch insecure content on a secure site, however I cannot find the shield on the address bar to allow

I was told on a tutorial that if you get the error message "trying to launch insecure content from a secure site (canvas)" that I should click the small shield to the right on the address bar to allow the video, however I don't have a shield on the address bar. How else can I allow the video to launch? (Using chrome which was the recommended browser)

I am having the same issue with my class. I have tried another solution I found on here about adding an S to the HTTP:// address and making it HTTPS:// However that didn't help me. And I don't get a shield to click either. I have tried 3 different browsers all with the same issue. Did you ever find a remedy?

Using Chrome on an iMac.  Went back to the external link in the module, edited the URL by adding the s to http, saved the link and it worked.  Makes me wonder if the problem is site specific.
