Features in Canvas not working

Just starting this past week, the "reply" feature does not let me type, but jumps to attachment.  I cannot reply to other students' comments or submit an assignment into the text box.

The Help Button and a few others also don't take me anywhere for help now.

Are you a student or an instructor?  Are you using an up-to-date web browser?  And, have you tried using a different web browser (such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) to see if these features work better for you?

What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?

I am a student in a Cleaver class.  I am on a Mac, using the lastest Firefox version 105.0.3.  It worked for the first two weeks, now it does not.

I can try Safari (or install Google Chrome, if need be) web browser, but would rather not have to switch browsers when I want to use Canvas.

Any other suggestions.

Try installing the Google Chrome browser first.  Chrome and and Firefox are generally accepted as the better browsers to be using when navigating around Canvas instead of using other browsers such as Safari.  Hopefully, Chrome will work better for you.  Keep us posted!

I just tried Safari and it allowed me the functions lost to Firefox.

I hope this is not a long term issue for my browser but should work until the end of the class.
