Hello. I have created assignments using the external tool to connect an Edpuzzle video. For most students, the edpuzzle works fine. A selected few are not able to play the video. They receive a "restricted" page pop-up on the edpuzzle. We have cleared cookies, and cache and checked settings for allowing pop-ups, etc., to no avail. My school's IT person has reached out to GoGuardian thinking maybe they are blocking something, however, they say it is not an issue on their side. Can you assist?
