Hello. I am a student at Texas A&M University. For some reason, when I pull up my Canvas dashboard, the cards will appear but will only remain grey. They won't show my courses or let me access course information. The app will work on my phone but I need it to work on my laptop as well. I have tried accessing through both safari and chrome but have had no luck. Can you help me?

Here are the tips I have been recommending to students who have been having similar problems with their Canvas courses:
- Check to ensure that your web browser is up-to-date. I like to recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox ... as these two browsers are generally good options when surfing the Canvas environment. What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Try clearing your history/cache files in your browser. Once you do that, close out of your browser, re-start the browser, and then log back in to Canvas. Any noticeable changes?
- Contact folks at your school. I found a link to the Office for Academic Innovation which has some contact information for you. Training and Support - Learning Management System (tamu.edu)
- Contact the Canvas Support folks at Instructure. They might have some additional things for you to try, too. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community
