Hello Community!
I am curious for institutions that employ course builders or otherwise have different people that build courses than the actual instructors that will teach them, how do you handle building courses that have LTIs and other integrations that look at the user who built it?
For example, if you use the Google integration to build an assignment, the assignment is tied to the person who built it instead of the person who will be teaching the course. Do any institutions have a generic user that is used to build courses so integrations are not tied to anyone specific?
We are worried that first, content will be tied to the wrong people and the actual instructor may not have the needed permissions to grade or see submissions and second, if the builder leaves, having stuff in an active course get removed when their account is disabled.
