I have a colleague who works in a different company and has a different email to everyone else. When this colleague clicks on links that I have made within the canvas course it asks them to sign in using my companies email address? Is there a way that I can allow this colleague to use his own email address to sign in at this part?
Are they links to Google Drive or MIcrosoft Office files? If so, you can typically publish links as viewable to anyone, even outside your company. If you can't publish links to the internet, you can still add them manually as a viewer.
