Canvas "Help" button sending emails to multiple instructors

We have a course that has multiple teachers. Each of our teachers has the same default email address listed, which is a shared inbox, and a personal work email listed for sign-in purposes on the settings screen. When a participant clicks Help-->Ask Your Instructor a Question, all of the teachers receive an email to their personal, work email addresses.
We want it to direct to our shared default email address instead. How can we accomplish this?

Hi @laellis3,
I believe the instructors would all need to modify the notification settings for their personal email address (shutting off whatever notifications they'd like to suppress, espcially the inbox/conversations related ones.
