I have to evaluate/describe the functional aspects of Canvas course building function.
Where do I find the or what is this information Course Quality Control: Details of course quality control which are monitored by the required process of course approval criteria, copyright statement, etc?

Hello @LaurieBogner thanks for posting in the Community,
It sounds like you are looking into relevant guides for Course Design related to Course Quality Control.
Most of the course approval criteria in Canvas would be up to the institution that houses the Courses.
The copyright information shows within Course Settings underneath Course Details> License. From there you are able to customize your course license information in Canvas.
