Has anyone experienced Canvas automatically reverting quiz grade posting policies (from automatic to manual) even if we have it set to automatic for all quizzes by default?
So once the students have attempted a quiz, the quiz appears as "muted", whereas normally they would be able to view their grade straight away?
What could cause the switch from automatic to manual? Could there be an error when copying over modules or editing quiz content?
