We're planning to conduct assessment using Canvas Outcomes, and I'm hoping to find a way to do so using external evaluators. Has anyone used the method of creating an Assessment Shell, uploading artifacts, and assigning roles to evaluators? Were you able to do so with the existing Outcomes structure or do you need to add the Pathways tool or external tools to accomplish this? What challenges did you encounter?
