Maybe I'm misinterpreting your question... but the items you've highlighted in the blue box in above screenshot are just part of an image within a written Guide here in the Community...they are not "active" links that point to other things. The items you've highlighted are typically found within your Canvas environment by clicking on the "Help" icon on the far left-hand side of global navigation menu. When you click on "Help", then you'll see some or all of those options you've highlighted above.
However, if that is the area you are looking at within Canvas, and if some of those links are not working... some of those links are controlled by Instructure, so they should be current. But, it also might be the case where your school's Canvas administrator(s) have added a custom link or two. If there are custom links that are pointing to school resources, for example, and those links are not working, then you'll want to let your school's Canvas administrator know about that.
