Canvas Calendar

Hello, we have students are trying to do the assignment by check the calendar, and they are clicking the assignment but nothing happened, still in the calendar page. They need go to the course page, then select assignment option, and the assignment they need to do. That's take time for the student to open the assignment. How can we to solve it?  I check the site setting, pop-ups and redirect are allowed.

@GaoqiangHua - I'm sorry students are having trouble with the calendar. When they click on the calendar assignment in the Calendar, they should see a pop-up window with a title and details. They should click the title and then that opens the assignment. Here is an image of that: 

It sounds like the pop ups are not showing. Double-check on that following this lesson: How do I allow pop-ups for Canvas in my browser? .

Also, if possible, you can have a student try a different browser to see if there is any difference. Then, you can work with the browser settings or updates with the current browser to try to correct the behavior. Make sure you are using a supported browser. What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
