Hello, I am quite confused because I have no issues on my phone app and other computers. When I use my personal laptop on canvas, it does not show the button for courses; it is simply blank in that spot. Is there a way to possibly reset it on my computer? If that is not an option, who would I ask at my college?

That is certainly unexpected behavior, and I have seen similar postings here in the Community. Here are some of the things that are recommended:
- Make sure you are using an up-to-date web browser. For example, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are recommended for a good experience when navigating around Canvas. Also, I would recommend that you review this Guide: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Try clearing your browser history/cache files. Once you have done that, shut down your browser, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas to see if things look better.
- Connect with staff from Ocean County College. For example, they may have an Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department or on-site Help Desk that you can contact. I visited their website, and I found the following page which has some information about needing help with Canvas: Ocean Connect Help | Ocean County College NJ.
- Contact the Instructure (the people who make Canvas) Help Desk staff. They may have additional suggestions for you to try. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community
