CANVAS ERROR

I want to ask , why can't my canvas show the course ? I'v tried to open it on microsoft edge but still can't open it . Only the boxes are visible and are white without the course name. I will attach the photo. Thanks in advance for the help .

Hi @NurKholifah -

Double-checking your browser's version is a great place to start. However, some languages are causing issues with the dashboard and other course content loading. You can follow  [OPEN] Users unable to load Dashboard for updates and for more information.

What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas? 

If you contact Support, they will link you to the ticket and you'll receive updates along the way. I know it's not an immediate solution, but I hope it helps provide some clarity!
