Ally Icon not appearing on image/in Files

I'm having trouble with Ally. The gas gauge icon that normally appears on an image after adding to a page or as an icon in Files is not appearing. I've refreshed multiple times, logged out and back in, and that does not fix the issue. I can see the Ally icon on other images in the course, even ones that are the same file type (jpg), so I'm not sure what's wrong. Screenshots are attached below. 

Has anyone run into this before? It's happened in multiple courses, where some images just seem to be invisible to Ally.

Hi @Zooropa9476 , if its of any help we were testing some aspects of Ally yesterday.

We observed that a recent update means that changes in WYSIWYG content are immediately reflected in the overall accessibility gauge immediately, but that there seemed to be a lag of +/- 12 hours in generating the file level accessibility gauge, which incidentally appears to trigger a refresh of the overall course accessibility score (this doesn't seem to update immediately for file changes/uploads)

Thanks for letting me know! My images finally had the gauge icon today, which is about 12 hours after they were added to the course. I wonder why there's a lag.

Hi @Zooropa9476 / Allie, you are welome.

I imagine that it is in the distributed nature of an LTi - we get similar lagging in New Quizzes and Analytics, both of which are LTi based.
