Adding new quiz type using the API

The canvasapi documentation includes instructions on how to create the classic quiz but how can I create the new quiz type using the API.

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with creating new quizzes using API. At this moment, it isn't yet an option but there has been a lot of talk about getting this created as you can see below:

Basically, it should be coming but for now you'd need to use API to  create the classic quiz, then go to the quiz tab and "migrate" the classic to new. Hopefully this helps!
