Global Navigation: Master the essentials of navigating Canvas, including Account Settings, Dashboard, Courses, Calendar, Inbox, and Help Guides.
Course Navigation: Learn how to manage your courses effectively, use the Course Navigation Menu, and engage your students with tools like the Syllabus and Announcements.

How to enable the On-Demand Training Portal

Empowering your staff with these valuable resources is simple! As an institution admin, you can enable access to the On-Demand Training Portal directly through Canvas by following these steps:

Customise the Help Center: In Canvas, navigate to the Help menu at the bottom of the Global Navigation Bar.
Customise the Menu: Click on Customise this menu.
Add the Training Portal Link: In the customisation window, locate the Training Portal link and click Add.
Control Access: You can initially enable access for Admins only to allow them to review the content before making it available to teachers. Once you're ready, simply allow teachers access as well.

New customers will have the Free Tier of the Training Portal automatically switched on. We encourage all our clients in EMEA and APAC to take advantage of this valuable resource and unlock Canvas's full potential!
