Great news for our Canvas Field Admins who have other Instructure products within your institution!

We’re excited to inform you that you can now seamlessly manage your support needs for both Canvas and Elevate products right from the Canvas Field Admin console.
This means you have the ability to view your existing Canvas and Elevate product tickets but also to create new Mastery Connect tickets in the same user-friendly environment. This integration simplifies the support process, making it more efficient and convenient for our multi-platform users. We value your feedback and are committed to enhancing your experience as you manage your educational technology solutions.

From the current admin console, you will select the instance that you wish to open the case for. If you wish to create a Mastery Connect case, simply select the corresponding instance from the dropdown.

Once you select the instance, you will be presented with the case submission form. If you have selected the Mastery Connect instance, you will see the form for Mastery Connect case form as opposed to the Canvas case form you may be familiar with.

Just like your Canvas cases, you’ll fill out the requested information, and the case will route to our Support team to assist you further.

We expect these changes to be live in the Field Admin Console and Mastery Connect on November 13, 2023.
