Parent Registration with OAuth authentication is not recommended because it is not a sustainable solution.

  • If you are using Google Oauth and would like to enable Parent Registration, please talk to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) about switching to Google SAML.  
  • If you are using Microsoft Oauth (O365) and would like to enable Parent Registration, please talk to your CSM about switching to Azure or ADFS.
