[To Do] "Ignore Until After Due Date" option for Instructor

Problem statement:

I make use of the "Ignore Until Next Submission" option to keep my grading to-do list clear, but it's not as helpful as an "Ignore Until After Due Date" option would be. It would be a lot less clicking and still accomplish what I want.

Proposed solution:

Replace the "x' with a drop down with multiple options (1. Ignore until next submission 2. Ignore until after due date).
