[Support] Allow attachments

Problem statement:

Whenever contacting Instructure Support, there isn't a way for us to attach or share an image or screenshot of the issue that we need assistance.

Proposed solution:

Include an attachment option in Instructure Support chat window, so we can share an image or a screenshot of the problem we see on our end.

Hi! Thank you for sharing this idea with the Instructure Community. I spoke with Instructure Support, who shared that while there’s no way to do it initially in the chat form or a ticket, you can always request to share a file. Our agents can give them a place to do so.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to have that option available right away, as it is a limitation of the software platform they use to manage tickets.

Because this request is not related to the Product Development Process, I'm moving it to our Will Not Consider status.
