Problem statement:
Whenever contacting Instructure Support, there isn't a way for us to attach or share an image or screenshot of the issue that we need assistance.
Proposed solution:
Include an attachment option in Instructure Support chat window, so we can share an image or a screenshot of the problem we see on our end.
