[Studio] Video Capture Window Does Not Show Record Button on Chromebook

Problem statement:

When students are asked to record a video in Canvas on a Chromebook, it is difficult to know how to proceed because the recording window does not show the Record button without scrolling down. This is not indicated in any way for the students and the window is not able to be resized. This is true for both the media recorder and Studio video capture options. Could the size or view within the window be adjusted to show the record button? Proposed solution:

Either adjust the view to include the buttons, move the buttons to the top of the window, or make the window resizable.
