Studio videos added to course with comments enabled should also have comment notifications enabled. After course copy, instructors must manually go back through every video to reenable comment notifications.
Either make comment notifications toggled on the default - if comments are turned on I would imagine instructors would want to know about engagement with their content. OR Allow the settings on these videos to persist with copy so instructors do not need to manually opt back into notifications on every video, every semester.
