[Studio] Canvas Studio Video Quiz "Continue" and "Feedback" Suggestions

Problem statement:

Currently, there are two issues with Canvas Studio video quiz questions: 1. Students are allowed to continue watching the video without having to respond to each question. 2. If a question is responded to, any feedback associated with the question does not immediately appear for the student. The quiz has to be submitted by the student in order for any feedback to become visible.

Proposed solution:

1. There should be an option to prevent students from continuing through the video if the question is not answered. 2. There should be an option to display feedback immediately after the student has responded to the question. Why: This will ensure that students to not proceed through the remainder of the video without first demonstrating their understanding of previous content. If a student responds incorrectly, it would be helpful for feedback to display immediately rather than after submission.
