[Student Grades] Add Viewing Options for Assignments and Totals

Problem statement:

Student "Grades" view - Would like the ability to set the student "grades" view to show letter grades only for individual assignment scores but the quantitative result for the student's grade "total".

Proposed solution:

The teacher grade book view allows for this. The student "grades" view does not.
