[SpeedGrader] resize rubric so that you can see the whole thing
Currently, when you are grading in SpeedGrader with a rubric, you get two side-by side panels, one with the student's submission and the other with the rubric. Unfortunately, you can only see part of the rubric unless you make the student's submission so small that you can't read it. Use Case: I am grading final papers and I have a rubric that I need to mark as I read the submission. There are three options to my criterion but I can only see the highest point total and part of the second option. In addition, sometimes I need to enter a point total which is completely off the screen to the right. I am using a larger monitor, so that isn't going to help. I can use the rubric, but only if I make the student's submission 1/4 of the screen at which point the font is so small I cannot read what the student has written.
Solution: Resize the rubric so that it fits the whole width in the panel. Why: I wrote the rubric. I know what it is asking for. I just need the whole width so I can click in the appropriate box and enter a number or comment on the right. It is more important to me to be able to read the student's work than the details of the rubric. I need to see the stuff on the left of the rubric so that I know which criteria is in that row.
