[SpeedGrader] Comment Smart-tagging

Problem statement:

problem was brought up by one of our instructors - impersonal messages from saved speed grader responses

Proposed solution:

create "smart tags" in speed grader responses that you can use while grading, there should be a code like [student name] that could be embedded in the saved wording, so the comments are more personalized.

So rather than: "Nice job. Thanks for your efforts!" you would see, "Nice job Englebert Humperdink. Thanks for your efforts!!" or whatever the student's name is.
