[Scheduler] CSV Export of appointment Group names and times

Problem statement:

We have a Canvas course with over 2000 students enrolled. We use the appointment_groups function to allow students to book individual oral exam times. We need a way to export to CSV a list of the students who have signed up for specific oral exam time slots.

Proposed solution:

Create an Export to CSV function for each appointment_group
