[Scheduler] Appointment Override for Teacher

Problem statement:

It seems not possible to make a timeslot in the calendar unavailable as a teacher. I made timeslots for my students and most of them managed to reserve a slot but some sent me an e-mail instead and I cannot make the reservation in their name or mine so the slot becomes unavailable. It would be nice if this feature was added.

Proposed solution:

Make it possible for teachers to reserve a calendar slot in a students name, or at least block a slot out.
