[Rich Content Editor] table creation to have top row header as default
Problem statement:
The RCE page editor table widget inserts tables into the page with no header row. This makes the tables less readable by screen readers. Its not user friendly to select top row and assign them as a row header or select a column and select them as a column header.
Proposed solution:
When using the RCE table widget, the table should default to have the top row as a header. This will reduce the friction of getting users to set a header row and that would make it more accessible for screen readers. If desired the user should be able to highlight either top row or first column and click a button to toggle the header/body type. Again to make it easier for users to have the correct headers in place for screen readers.
