On a Page, I would expect that inserting a hyperlink to a course image would do just that: create a hyperlink that, if clicked on, would open up the image in a new window. Instead, it simply embeds the image (the same as if one clicks "insert -> course image"). If one wants to actually create a hyperlink to the image, you have to click on "image options" and fiddle with the settings.
Inserting a hyperlink to a course image should create a hyperlink that, if clicked on, opens up the image in a new window. This move would make the function in line with other word processing functions (in Word, Google Docs, etc.).
