[Reports] Add creation date to courses provisioning report
Outside the API I am currently unable to find out the date and time a course was created. Because of this I can't work out the sequence of events that led to an issue where data was lost during course copying activities. Because I can't establish the course copy date, it's thus unclear whether this data was lost by Canvas or via manual deletion by user. This is part of the broader issue of course logs. It's possible to see a log of user activity from the Page Views section on a user profile, but it's not easy reconstructing overall activity from a course perspective, except partially by using page history and/or /undelete. Course creation date and time (and optionally also user SIS ID of person creating the course copy) would allow admins to track down issues. These dates don't need to be displayed in the GUI if they're available in reports. An obvious report to add this as a column to would be the courses provisioning report.
