[People] Indicate Suspended on User Acct. in Courses, People List

Problem statement:

When a user's account is Suspended, the current way to know that at the course level (in People) is to go to the person's "User Details" and "User Account Details" to see if they are already suspended. Otherwise, you can "Deactivate" their access to the course, but that is only for that specific course. When a teacher leaves our institution, it looks as if they are still enrolled in their courses, which is confusing to the faculty who replace them, their Chair who views the course administratively, and to the students enrolled in the course.

Proposed solution:

Please add a "Suspended" tag that will show on the user's account that will show in the People list of courses in which they are enrolled. It would also be helpful if their account became invisible to students at that time. This change will save time for admins instead of going into People and "deactivating" a suspended account at the course level or having to select "User Details" and "User Account Details" to see if they are already suspended. If the suspended user becomes invisible to students, it will eliminate confusion for students who see them still enrolled and 'aparently' active in the course.
