[Pages] Select All Pages to Bulk Delete

Problem statement:

Problem: Even though it is possible to select multiple Pages to delete (by placing a checkmark next to each page name), there isn't a way in the Canvas UI to select all pages at one time in order to bulk delete. Example: In a course I was working on today, I had to click 234 checkboxes to delete almost every single page on the Pages index page. (In this specific case, resetting the course wasn't an option I could utilize.) It took me quite a while to scroll through the entire list of 234 pages and place a checkmark next to each page.

Proposed solution:

Add a "Select All" option to the Pages index page so that those who need to delete content pages in bulk can do so in an efficient manner.

Problem statement:

When deleting Pages from the All Pages page, I have to click each square button individually to select each one. Then I can click delete and it does allow me to delete multiple pages at once, so it's not a problem to do that.

Proposed solution:

Can you add a "Select all" button? It would save a lot of time and aggravation. Thanks!
