[Outcomes] Option to Select Multiple Terms for Learning Outcomes Reports

Problem statement:

Current Issue: When generating learning outcome reports in Canvas, administrators are restricted to pulling data for only one term at a time. For institutions tracking outcomes across multiple terms, this limitation significantly increases the time and effort required to analyze data. Each term must be selected and processed individually, which is inefficient and cumbersome.

Example Use Case: An institution reviewing multi-term learning outcomes data for program assessment must manually pull individual reports for each term, then combine the data for analysis. This process is time-intensive and prone to errors due to the repetitive nature of the task.

 

Proposed solution:

Suggested Improvement: Enable the option to select and include multiple terms when generating learning outcome reports. This feature would allow administrators to retrieve all relevant data in a single report without the need to repeat the process for each term individually.
