[Outcomes] Assignment Outcomes Analysis Sort by Last Name

The outcomes analysis function currently sorts students in alphabetical order by first name. It would be easier for users if it sorted by last name so that schools with incompatible gradebook integration can enter grades.

Thanks for sharing this idea, @jfleischauer . Would you confirm that the request is directed at the outcomes analysis report described in  How do I view reports for an assessment in New Qui... ?

I am in agreement with being able to sort the students by last name. My rosters are sorted by last name.  It would make attendance so much easier. In addition when you scroll left to right, the name of the student also scrolls. This makes it even more difficult.
