When using the Mastery Gradebook, it will display all outcomes for all students, when we use sections in our courses, some outcomes will not apply to all sections. Teachers will see a '0' (zero) for these students in the Mastery Gradebook, but they can't determine if they didn't achieve Mastery yet, or if they didn't have any assignments with these outcomes assigned to them.
Add the option to assign an outcome to a section, and let the Mastery Gradebook show when a student doesn't have this outcome assigned (instead of showing a '0' zero).
