[Notifications] Fix extra hyperlinked space in discussion notification emails

Problem statement:

Every discussion email notification contains the hyperlinked text: "Click here to join the conversation ". There is an extra space at the end of the text which is also hyperlinked. It shouldn't be. Please remove the hyperlinked space. This is a simple typo fix, but Canvas Support says it has to be submitted as an "Idea".

Proposed solution:

Someone with back-end access just needs to fix this with a couple of clicks. Then discussion notification emails would look more professional.
