[New Quizzes] Standardize the add a question interface
When adding quiz questions there are two interfaces, one from within the build page (two columns) and one from within the Item bank (three columns). Top right of the interface within the quiz builder is an unlabelled icon for a folder which also has no mouseover text. None of the items have contextual help for more information on the question type.
Canvas should maintain a single add question interface. This would make it much easier to apply styling to, and add contextual support (eg. Walkme). The item bank icon should be removed and added as a button in the same styling as all the other items, perhaps adjacent to the Stimulus button at the bottom. Items should be listed in order of most frequently used, with multiple choice Top left. (I assume that Instructure has statistics on which question types are most popular). Contextual help for each question type, (via mouse over or (?) icon), could assist users with choosing the appropriate question type for their assessment.
