[New Quizzes] - Share With People when importing a New Quiz
When creating an Item Bank in New Quizzes, the default permissions added are "Share With" the author-can edit, "Share With" the course - can view. This is intuitive. When importing a quiz from QTI or using the Send To function or through importing an imscc course package, new Item Banks are created if a quiz is using them but the default permissions added are "Share With" the course - can edit ONLY. This is a bit confusing as in both cases (create versus import), new Item Banks are created but the permissions are different.
Since in both cases, new Item Banks are being created, it would be helpful if the permissions were consistent. If you import a Quiz from a QTI file or through "Send to" or by importing a full course from imscc, each new bank could have "Share With" the author-can edit and "Share With" the course - can view permissions.
