[New Quizzes] Return Button Label
Problem statement:
The Return button in New quizzes is not as obvious as it could be, particularly to students being assessed. In terms of assessment, what does Return actually mean? For an instructor, Return has a bit more context, but could be better.
Proposed solution:
Change Return to Exit Quiz. This is exactly what the button does when students are being tested. It also aligns with the quiz build process as instructors are exiting the Quiz build, to return to the setting page.
