[New Quizzes] Pinning questions
Currently, New Quizzes offer a "Shuffle Questions" feature, which randomizes all questions in a quiz. It would be helpful to be able to "pin" one or more questions in a specific place in the quiz, particularly at the top.
I'm not a software developed, but I have a feeling this would be a relatively simple feature to include, with a one-click "pin question" option similar to the one used on the Discussion boards. Shuffle Questions is a helpful feature for cutting down on cheating, especially in packed classrooms with students sitting side by side. However, my institution requires the inclusion of an Academic Honesty statement as a header on all exams, which students must acknowledge and "sign". It would be helpful to be able to "pin" this question to the top of exams and have the rest of the questions randomize below it.
