[New Quizzes] Option to hide question point value during testing
Problem statement:
The nursing program at our institution is required to follow NGN scoring models. For multiple answer questions, this requires the score for a question to match the number of correct answers (see "Scoring model details" below). However, New Quizzes will always display the number of points assigned to a question which a student can use to deduce the number of correct answers. At present, it seems like you can't do this for tests in progress, but you can hide points possible when students view results.

Proposed solution:
Allow New Quizzes to be configured to show/hide individual question scores.
