[New Quizzes] Include section filters in item analysis

Problem statement:

In classic quizzes there is a section filter in quiz statistics. In new quizzes there is not a section filter in the reports section.

Proposed solution:

Create a section filter in the new quizzes report tab. This will bring new quizzes one step closer to parity with classic quizzes and allow teachers to use the improved features of new quizzes with better analysis features.

Problem statement:

When multiple sections are cross-listed into one Canvas course, the New Quizzes item analysis report does not give any options for filtering by section.

Proposed solution:

It would be nice to have a filter option by section so that teachers can view the item analysis data for each individual class period/section of the course.
