[New Quizzes] Fix the "preview" feature for New Quizzes in Shared Content
Currently, when users attempt to preview a New Quiz that has been shared with them via Shared Content, it returns an error stating, "External Tool Content Can't be Previewed: In order to use this resource in Canvas, the external tool must be installed."
One use case (which instructors at my institution are attempting to do) is for junior instructors to submit proposed exams to senior instructors for their review. While it is possible to import these exams into blank Canvas shells, it would be much more streamlined and would cause far less clutter in Canvas sandboxes if the preview function could be fixed for New Quizzes.
The proposed solution is to fix the preview function for New Quizzes so that it works. Classic Quizzes were previewable in this way, so if the goal is to achieve parity with Classic Quizzes, this is an important fix. Another reason to fix this is that currently, the preview button is there for New Quizzes even though it doesn't work, and currently, there is nothing in the guides to deter instructors from trying to use the broken preview button. If it is not possible to fix the preview function for New Quizzes, I would suggest removing the preview button for New Quizzes, so that the available options do not continue to mislead instructors about the possible functions available for New Quizzes within Shared Content.
