[New Quizzes] Easy access for students's bookmarked questions

Problem statement:

In New Quiz, studnents can bookmark a question that they want to go back to by pressing the thumbtack icon on the top right corner of a question. However, students need to flip through all the questions to see these thumbtack.

Proposed solution:

Button should be available for students to press and see all there bookmarked questions one after another OR there should be a visible marker seen (example: a coloured dot) on the left side of the student's view on each question number that they bookmark so that they can click on these questions to go back to them more easily to check.
